Everything you need to know about hiring the DeLorean.
Where do you deliver?
We're based in Twickenham, London and cover the entire UK. The car is transported on a covered trailer to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. Delivery costs vary by distance.
Is the car insured?
Yes, the DeLorean is fully insured for display and static use. For driving sequences in film/TV production, additional production insurance may be required. We can advise on requirements.
Can guests sit in the car?
Absolutely! Photo opportunities are encouraged. Our driver will supervise to ensure the car's delicate props are protected. We can accommodate sit-in photos throughout your event.
Does it actually drive?
Yes! The DeLorean is road legal and fully driveable. For weddings, we can arrange arrival and departure drives. For film/TV, driving shots are possible with appropriate planning.
How much space is needed?
The car is 4.2m long and 1.8m wide. With doors open, you'll need at least 6m x 4m for comfortable viewing. For indoor venues, ensure doorways and ceilings can accommodate the trailer.
What's included in the hire?
Every hire includes the car with all working lights and props, an experienced driver/handler, transportation to your venue, setup and supervision throughout your booking.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance, especially for weddings and major events. However, we can sometimes accommodate last-minute bookings depending on availability.
Do you provide props and costumes?
The car comes complete with all its built-in props. Additional items like hoverboards, Marty/Doc costumes, and the iconic "Save the Clock Tower" flyers can be arranged for an extra fee.
